Today, 7th April 2020, marks the 26th Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. The Usual Kwibuka activities at the African Union Headquarters and at the Embassy and in Djibouti will not happen as is usually the case due to the current circumstances related to the COVID19 pandemic. However, our Community will commemorate from our respective homes. We will follow through our national Radio, Television and through social media the different activities, discussions and messages at the national level starting with the events on 7th April at the Gisozi Genocide Memorial in the morning and thereafter the main message of H.E President of the Republic of Rwanda.
